Hello! I’m Lucy, an ANP-registered Nutritional Therapist, who is deeply passionate about helping people overcome gut health conditions, whilst supporting nervous system balance - two systems deeply interconnected.
I specialise in supporting individuals with stress, IBS, SIBO, and other gut-related conditions by addressing the root causes through personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
